BEGINNERS' QUEST FOR HUMANS

We want you to have fun in a stress-free environment where you steer your own progression. When you complete everything on this card, please send it to Andrei Javik (andreijavik).
** YOU WILL BE ON YOUR BEGINNER'S QUEST FOR 2 WEEKS MINIMUM. **
DO NOT RUSH THROUGH THIS. USE IT TO EASE INTO THE ROLEPLAY AND GET KNOWLEDGE OF LORE AND GET TO KNOW OTHER MEMBERS.
There are some guidelines for you to follow:
1. DETAILED CHARACTER BIOGRAPHY :
Do this at the end of your Quest so you can make adjustments as you learn lore.

2. RULES & SETTING :

3. YOUR AVATAR AND CLOTHING :
Make sure LookAt and typing animations are turned off.
Do not use an AO that is intrusive.
Wear clothing that is appropriate for your character and the setting.
4. ROLEPLAY 101 :
Take the Roleplay 101 class. This is a short RP etiquette class.

5. LAND GROUP AND REZZING :
You were added to the sim land group "Javik Station". You can Set Home to the sim, create landmarks, and bypass the forced landing zone. You can also rez on the sim for unpacking and for roleplay props.
If you rez temporary items during roleplay, please rez responsibly and clean up when you are finished. Only renters can leave objects out permanently and only in their rented pods.
6. SLEEPING ON THE SIM :
Many of us stay online 24/7. You are free to do so. It helps our traffic ranking and visitors will see people on the sim when we are unavailable.
If you are a PC user, you can use a program called Radegast when you are not logged into Firestorm. Radegast is text-only viewer that has auto-relogging, auto sit, chat, friends and groups access, access to your inventory and other useful features and uses minimal system resources. NOTE: If you applied to become a JAVIK UNIT, you will start as a human colonist.

are told and you receive a shopping list. Your conversion will happen in roleplay.
